After a highly successful career in the financial field in California, Don retired and moved to Kailua-Kona. Amid the beautiful beaches and island breeze, Don became restless and took up his passion of photography. He is now creating incredible lava, water, and nature photography throughout the Hawaiian Islands.

Don spends most of his time traveling up mountains, exploring the ocean while snorkeling and fishing.  He can frequently be found on a boat photographing the lava spewing into the Pacific Ocean. Don’s photography reflects a man with intense passion for capturing the mood of nature’s elements.
